Chaotic
management of
the country
|
What
is the position our federal
and external representations
The shortcomings of successive
politicians have set the
country in economic, social
political chaos and have
relegated the country
to the rank of degenerescent
nation.
Today, social disintegration
is evident, we face with
uncivil behavior, irresponsability
in a land where all ethical
and moral has been lost.
The theft of public ressources
and corruption are standard
in principle to the point
where those who refuse
to copy this new way of
life are seen as abnormal
or traitors, .
The disempowerment and
the decriminalization
of appalling crimes have
removed from the public,
any sense of respect for
public property entrusted
to them, to the point
where everyone is looking
at, in ambush, waiting
for an opportunity where
he will do the same in
turn without remorse.
The citizen feels relieved
of any patriotic obligation
and ethical, when in front
of him, he sees simply
individuals, because of
their political responsibilities,
s granting public property.
What we need is a true
political moral standards
by eradicating of political
life and from the conduct
of public affairs, individuals
who have no sense of respect
for the common good :
it is imperative

Communication
is a right: the
CPR is planning
to lower the cost
of telephone calls
in Côte
d'Ivoire. |
The
project to lower
the cost of telephone
calls to the interior
of Cote d'Ivoire
in order to move
towards free just
as it happens
in Canada, has
been studied by
the CPR: This
serious reduction
in the cost of
telephone communication
would be possible
by the widespread
voIP telephony,
the use of broadband,
Cpl, and other
cables.
Currently the
country has complained
about high tariffs,
the unequal access,
and services increasingly
paying. It is
the role of the
state to combat
the degradation
of services, growing
inequality, and
exclusion of access
to the telephone
communication
which is a vital
service on a daily
basis.
With CPR, the
state will fund
a sustained installation
of base stations
and wireless cablages
ADSL. In the process
of modernization
of the state that
want to CPR, the
traditional telephon
system will be
replaced with
small small, mobile
wireless terminals
(to wireless phones-like
skypes phones).
It will for the
state to launch
a call for tenders
for various manufacturers
for the production
of these mobile
handsets, at an
acceptable price.
Thus, all those
who will be on
the same network
can be called
free wifiphone
as a computer
connected to the
Internet to another
post connected
to the Internet.
The installation
and maintenance
of the relay will
be funded with
taxpayers' money.
Regarding traditional
telephony within
the national network,
usually the cost
of connections
should be paid
for, since the
large part of
the network has
been set up with
Ivorian taxpayers'
money.

We
need a new
generation
of politicians
to manage
the country
|
The
country's problems
are identified,
it is to resolve
them and not to
circumvent pushing
the people to waste
time in the tribal
and religious feuds.
Major projects that
will modernize the
country and make
the people confidence
in the future are
well known: The
reforms of the education
system, employment
problems, the issue
of wages and purchasing
power, the issue
of housing and health,
the question of
pensions of peasants
and other citizens
who are not officials,
the issue of endemic
corruption, the
question of modernization
of the civil status,
the question of
the obligation of
addressing street,
question of the
obligation of citizens
of bank, the question
of the effectiveness
of compulsory education,
the issue of isolation
of regions, and
so on. That is what
it is and this is
what speaks CPR.
The PRC, an adjunct
people, Permanently
fought alongside
it for a political
and democratic renewal.
Because the people
have tired of these
incompetent politicos
who provided the
decline in the Ivory
Coast.
The people no longer
prepared to resume
the same result
is identical.
That is why the
people whose CPR
is an entity, embarking
on the path of positive
change with it.
The CPR is the party
that agrees to keep
what works and get
rid of all those
who are a burden
on our development.
The people are tired
of these politicians
who care instead
of desperation,
rather distribute
sleeping pills to
sleep while they
plunder its riches.
The people are tired
of these politicians
without social project
which enlist in
the tribal groups
they use as a shield
and scale for the
conquest of power.
The Ivorians are
tired of these politicians
who take them for
fools and who believe
that the people
will always leave
deceived by their
newspapers manipulation
and dissemination
of tribal hatred.
A new generation
is running is the
one who dares break
for positive change
with the CPR!

Time
has come
to say "NO".
|
We
are all members
of the people forced
to take an interest
in politics because
the action of politician
concern the future
of our country,
therefore, our own
future, that of
our children and
our grandchildren.
letting then do
what the want, resigned
by saying: "things
are as well,"
that is leaving
our lives in the
hands of irresponsible
politicians. it's
also accepting that
a minority of predators
decide our fate.
It would have been
irresponsible on
our part as respond
to our children
and grandchildren
that we have the
heavy burden of
guaranteeing the
birth and growth
in a country where
equality of opportunity
will be provided.
It was therefore
imperative that
organizing ourselves
to combat predators
policies, vultures
and leeches organized
against the people.
That's why we created
the CPR ; it's is
a real popular pack
for social justice,
the moralization
of public life and
equality.
We take place in
the CPR, to translate
into action the
aspirations of the
people to change.

The
problem of our
country is known: |
We
can not deal with
the consequences
without confronting
the causes of impoverishment.
A country that practice
ostracism tribal
, a country that
promotes the exile
of executives and
talent trained at
the expense of the
nation, has no future.
What prospect for
growth and employment,
when you did not
prepare for the
challenges of globalization?
The CPR undertakes
to keep the people
a language of truth
and hope. We must
get out of conformism,
it is necessary
to stave off our
fears To build the
future with confidence.
The CPR is committed
to reconcile the
people with politics
and with a new class
of politicians.
"The Ivorians
have had enough
that they serve
the stew with the
same warmed pieces."
What is needed is
a change in practices.
the generation of
politicians who
are fighting today
are those who believe
that doing politics,
is plundering his
own country at the
expense of its people.
This old generation
of politicians,
merely reproduced
the pattern of looting
set up yesterday
by the colon. This
has for result The
galloping clochardisation
of the population.

|
| |
Should
we condemn the
politic? |
The
problem is not politics,
but rather the practice
of these politicians
who have neither
the ability nor
the will to resolve
the evil plaguing
the country.
Their only purpose
is to be elected
or seize power by
all means, for their
personal interests.
For this, they are
ready to use all
stratagems to manipulate
people. They handle
the emotional passions
and push the people
to the fratricidal
confrontation. Once
in power their only
strategy is how
to maintain themselves
in power but not
strategy to develop
the country. This
is the kind of politician
that he should eradicate
acting with the
CPR.
We must get rid
of them because
they betrayed the
people. Get rid
of them is the only
garrantie another
future for ourselves
and our children,
and have no fear,
because that would
not prevent the
sun from rising.
The people must
sign a new contract
with new leaders:
CPR, we are ready
to fulfil our part
of the contract,
because the CPR
says that "we
make with the people
and for the people".
